| This sleek stereo's three independent vertical CD drives are protected behind clear motorized doors that automatically open like a theater curtain, at the press of a button. Program up to 40 tracks from a trio of CDs; the disc that's playing is indicated by a glowing blue LED. This rich-looking system has a built-in AM/FM digital PLL synthesized tuner with 32 presets, an X-BASS boost plus five equalizer presets. You'll also enjoy its LCD digital alarm clock with blue backlight, sleep timer and snooze; you can choose to wake up to the radio or a favorite CD! The detachable speakers and main unit slide onto trim pedestals that position them about five inches off a flat surface. Alternatively, each piece can be hung on a wall ; taking up no more room than a poster or a mirror. Comes with two pairs of interchangeable speaker covers in light silver and dark blue. Control all functions by a wireless remote whose layout is conveniently patterned after the controls on the main unit. Remote runs on 2 AA batteries (order separately); the system plugs in with an included AC adapter.
